Leon Shaw Syndicate consists of Leon Shaw and Mike Pepper. Hailed as the busiest band in Gauteng, their third album FOOL... is a major success. 
Songs of Leon Shaw Syndicate that's been released on National Radio are Fool, Alone, Another Crazy Day, Who put the Rabbit, C'est la Vie, Girl van Griekqwaland Wes, Potjie kos en Muskadel, Meisie and Baby I'm a want you. 

Leon played in SA cover bands such as Zero Gravity, No Way Out, Se7ven & Gasoline before he joined Mean Mr Mustard in 2000. After a nine year partnership in the original Mean Mr Mustard Band as drummer/vocalist, Leon Shaw formed LEON SHAW SYNDICATE in 2007.

Currently he’s also part of the esteemed Alter Irving Band.

Leon has played drums / vocals on numerous projects and artists albums, such as: Cinema, Ed Jordan, Dr. Victor, Five Mean Mr Mustard albums and live DVD’s, Alter Irving Band’s Chained to the Wind album & for the Diamond Dogs.

International: He also played drums for Jascha Richter ( Michael Learns to Rock) on the Michael Bolton and Westlife tour in 2007. Leon has done plenty session work, and continuous to do so.

Mike has worked as a professional musician since 1977. Well known for his participation in premium club bands such as Clapham Junction, Charles G & John T Band, Mello & Jive, Sounds Like Thunder and Bad Penny, Mike is also a consummate solo artist with an impressive array of original material in his portfolio.

Although very proficient as a vocalist, Mike impresses as an expert on a vast array of instruments:
Bass, rhythm and electrical guitar; harmonica, sax and even banjo when the music, band or occasion demands it.
Both are also members of the iconic group: ALTER IRVING BAND.
